Compatibility and Capacity The NEO Plus is compatible with most 2-piece toilets and some 1-piece models, working seamlessly with the LUXE Toilet Seat and most other toilet seats. It has a weight capacity of up to 300 lbs.

For customers upgrading from a NEO to a NEO Plus, it's important to note that the NEO Plus series comes with standard 3/8" fittings, which differ from the 1/4" fittings of the original NEO. Be sure to use the new parts included in the NEO Plus kit for a proper installation.
